Our Services

Real Time Data

Through our trusted network of partners and field teams, HIL offers reliable and secure data collection and management solutions. Survey data is captured using advanced digital field survey protocols and stored on encrypted cloud servers.

This digital-first approach is the standard at HIL. We utilize Survey Solutions, a cutting-edge digital interviewing system developed by the World Bank Group, ensuring world-class data integrity and operational efficiency for all real-time field engagements.

Deployment Architecture

Phase 01

Digital Survey Logic & Security

We convert complex questionnaires into intelligent digital instruments. By programming surveys once and localized for language, we ensure perfect data alignment. All logic is verified during live training and pilot testing, where mistakes can be corrected instantly to ensure data is captured securely on encrypted cloud servers.

Phase 02

Live Monitoring & Oversight

The "Real Time" element comes from our ability to monitor field teams as submissions arrive. We track enumerator performance, interview durations, and skip-pattern adherence daily. This high-frequency oversight allows us to provide clients with top-line reporting at any point during the collection phase.

Operational Advantages

Moving beyond paper-based limitations, our real-time data framework offers four critical advantages for high-stakes humanitarian and development programming:

01

Error Elimination

Full control over survey design allows us to eliminate systematic errors at the source. Automated range checks and validation constraints prevent "dirty data" from entering the system.

02

Data Security & Sovereignty

HIL adheres to strict data protection standards. Data is stored on secure cloud servers and is permanently deleted within 6 months of project completion to maintain confidentiality.

03

Accelerated Delivery

Digitised collection eliminates the need for manual data entry, typically saving 3-4 weeks in the project lifecycle and enabling faster evidence-based decision making.

04

Enumerator Accountability

Our system tracks GPS locations and interview timestamps for every submission, providing transparent verification of work performed by all field teams.

Standard Operating Procedure

All HIL sub-contractors and field teams are mandated to utilize computer tablets for all survey assignments. This ensures that every project we undertake adheres to the highest standards of accuracy, transparency, and speed.
